I created this website for anyone who wants to kick their old unhealthy eating habits and gain a healthier lifestyle. I'm sick and tired of hating what I see in the mirror and absolutely hate the fact that my weight is taking over my life and I had a thought. If my weight is bringing me down the way it is and making me feel this way, many others are struggling with the same issue. Hating your body makes it nearly impossible to be happy, love yourself, and even express your individuality. By working towards your new body, you will gain the self-respect and confidence that comes along with it! It all starts today, not tomorrow. No more procrastinating. No more being a lazy couch potato. It's time to get up and kick those undesirable habits and unwanted fat aside. This site offers tips, motivation, meal help, exercise plans, etc.☺
As stated in the top right hand corner of the page, this site is not pro-ana or pro-mia. That means that I do not glamorise eating disorders, nor do I suggest that you try to gain one. They are purely a source of hell. My site is only here to help you and myself to reach our weight loss goals and stay motivated as well. You should also know that any photo on this site is not me and I will not be posting any personal photos on my site. Any photo I get is normally from Tumblr, Pinterest, or Google. Most of these images represent what I would like to get out of my weight loss journey and may not be what you ideally enjoy, and that's perfectly okay.
