A good diet is great but it doesn't do much without an ample amount of exercise. Couple any diet or meal plan that you're currently on with a good, sweat-causing workout. For all you people who think sweat is gross but really want to get in shape, remember this: "Sweat is just your fat crying." So the more you make that fat cry, the more chances of progress to appear.
When it comes to working out, you can do it just about anywhere. In today's society, it isn't quite necessary to force yourself to the gym every day of the week, you can workout in the comfort of your own home. A friendly reminder though, don't overdo your exercise regime and take your time. Taking your time is just as important during a workout session, as it is when you are completing other tasks. Your body is a temple, treat it as such.
