Eat to live, don't live to eat!
We all get hungry and we all need fuel and that's what this section of the site is mainly about...NUTRITION! We tend to feel our worst when we binge, purge, and restrict, so let's try not to let that occur. Don't let food solve your problems, otherwise it'll just cause new ones. Certain foods should be eaten in moderation and not all consist of one thing. Why? You can't out-exercise a bad diet, that's why.
In these two tabs that appear when you hover over the FOOD tab, you should see two pages, Diets and Recipes. Each page is there to keep your eating in check and be as healthy as it can be. ALTHOUGH, I am not suggesting that you kick junk food completely out of your diet, that's just mad! You should only eat your unhealthy items in moderation and save them for your Cheat Day/Reward Day. This will be hard and you will struggle, but if you don't change today, when will you start to see your progress? Try to branch out and try new foods, that's a goal I'm trying to make. If you don't like a certain item, try to reinvent the way you eat it and you might like it a lot more than eating it plain and on the side of a meal.
NOTICE: I am not a physician, dietitian (Although, I plan to study to be one when I go to college.), or nutritionist of any kind. Please don't take anything on this site out of context or use it as a substitution of any kind.
